Seniors with chronic conditions or those who have recently returned home from a hospital stay often require health monitoring. Our Elder Care Specialist can help them check their vitals, manage their medication, ensure hygiene levels, accompany them on hospital visits and help give access to elder care products. The Elder Care Specialist helps the elderly to understand their medication better, minimizing the chance of non-compliance, overuse and under use of the medicines, which can otherwise lead to unnecessary hospitalizations. Apart from this our ECS also helps in maintain complete medical records and managing appointments.We have a professional reporting system and send out updates to our customers on every session with the elderly followed by a detailed monthly report.
